Channel 39.3 KJDN-LD - Picks Up "TUFF TV"

Channel 39 KJDN-LD has re-configured their layout (again!) and added TUFF TV to their lineup on 39.3. Their channel lineup is now:

39.1 PBJ
39.2 MyFamily TV
39.3 TUFF TV
(Note to Luken Communications: PBJ needs a *REAL* webpage, not just a Facebook account)
What is TUFF TV? (click to read more)
TUFF TV is a manly TV network, aimed at manly, virile, manful men, who enjoy doing manly things with other men in a manly sort of fashion, including sports, corporal punishment and nude apartment wrestling. (I'm sorry for the obscure reference, if you want in on the joke and have Netflix, check out Netflix - Saturday Night Live, S4 E18: Captain Ned and The Raging Queen, or read the script here.)

But, seriously, folks!-
"TUFF TV launched on June 30, 2009. TUFF TV is the first digital broadcast network to offer original programming targeted at men and the specific pursuits, interests, and hobbies they are passionate about. TUFF TV includes a unique and synergistic combination of programming genres aimed at the male demographic. TUFF TV provides the first-ever mix of these specific genres on one network. Programming content consists of Sports, Lifestyle, Drama, Reality, Talk, Specials, and Movies."

I would like to compliment Larry Soule, owner of KJDN 39, on this excellent choice for his third subchannel. Channel 39 now has a little something for the whole family; Mom, Dad, and the kids. And Kudos, too, are due Luken Communications for making these three networks available. If only other stations could make such good programming choices for their main and subchannel networks. YES, I'm looking at YOU, KJZZ 14 (NO subchannels!), KUTF 12 (SD and NO subchannels!), and KCVB 26 (SD and NO subchannels!) and also, to a lesser extent, KUTV 2 (MyNetwork TV? Give us back ThisTV 24/7, KUTA 8 (PLEASE do something with that 8.3 subchannel, and maybe you could find a different Spanish language network for 8.2, since Telemundo is also on KIFI 8's 8.2 subchannel?)

Now, if we could only convince the "Powers That Be" - Cache or Franklin Counties - to give us a translator for ION-16, Qubo, and Ion Life, we'd be one of the most complete OTA TV markets in the nation. Of course, there are more networks out there as tracked by RabbitEars.info - here's a grid of  English Language networks:

and foreign langauge networks:

and religious networks:

Men of Cache Valley, enjoy your manly new channel in your Man-Cave with other manly men in a manly, virile fashion.

* If you want channel 39 to keep TUFF TV, let them know.
